Return notification
If your delivered order did not fit or meet your expectations and you intend to return it, kindly notify us within 3 days of the delivery of your intention to return the item via our phone numbers of email address: info@tokotta.com. Unfortunatly, we will not accept item returns which were not notified within this period. After your notification email, a service agent will work with you to get the item to be returned to us.
Returnable Items
Only items purchased on Tokotta.com can be returned to us. Similar items purchased in any of our physical outlets cannot be returned through this approach. Please contact the physical outlet to learn about their item return policies. You may be required to provide proof of purchase for your return request to be accepted.
Items should be in a similar condition it was delivered for it to be accepted. Items stained, broken or deformed as a result of an action on the part of the customer cannot be returned.
Cost of Return
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning a purchased item, including but not limited to shipping cost. In some perculiar cases however, e.g. where the item was broken or deformed on delivery, Tokotta.com will bear all the cost associated with the return. Our service agent will advise on this after you notify us of your intention to return an item.
Before completing an order
We do our best to provide as much information about listed item as possible. Please take your time to carefully read about the listed item before completing your purchase. We will be happy to provide responses to any questions you have about a listed item.
Exchange & Refund
When an item has been deemed returnable, as our dear customer, you have the option to request to exchange the item for a new item or to cancel the purchase entirely. If you choose to exchange the item, your service agent will work with you to select a new suitable item on the website as a replacement for the returnable item.
Should you request to cancel the purchase entirely, the your payment will be refunded immediately after the item has been returned and accepted via the same channel you used to make payment. Please note that refunded amounts may exclude delivery fees, may be subject to exchange rate loses or may attract destination charges which are outside the control of Tokotta.com.
Tokotta.com will issue your refund immediately but we do not control how long it will take for the payment to be received in your bank account or wallet. If you do not receive your refund withn 30 days of returning an item, please contact us at info@tokotta.com.
