Order Cancellation

Tokotta.com makes it possible for you to cancel your order should you have the need to. Should you want to cancel your order, sign in to your account on Tokotta.com, go to "My Orders" page, select and cancel the order you wish to cancel. 

Orders can be cancelled if it has not been shipped or delivered. Use your "Track my orders" page to know the stage of your order. 

If you prepaid for your order, a refund will be issued immediately upon cancellation. Refer to our Refund & Return policy to read about refunds.
